The unloader is a part that is installed on the airend and controls the input air to the airend unit. The structure of the unloader is mechanical and the operation of arrival and departure is done by an electric valve on it. The work of this part is to control the air as soon as it enters the airend to produce compressed air, and until the pressure inside the airend tank reaches a suitable and sufficient value, the unloading valve is open, and when the tank reaches its standard level, by the electric valve, The inlet valve is cut off and the process of suction and air transfer is stopped, which is called Unload. When the compressed air inside the tank is reduced, the unloader inlet is opened again by the electric valve so that the air suction and transfer process takes place, and the airend also produces compressed air, which is also called load.
