What is Oil inject oil screw compressor:
Oil-injected compressors, or oil-injected compressors, are a subset of positive displacement compressors and are one of the two types of screw compressors. It is air compression that finally separates the oil particles by the separator filter and provides suitable exhaust air for industries such as automobile manufacturing.
Components of the oil-injected compressor:
- Atmospheric air inlet part
- Electric motor
- Airend or air conditioning unit
- One-way valve or minimum pressure valve (it has the function of maintaining compressed air up to 4.7 times in the receiver of the tank and prevents the return of compressed air inside the receiver)
- Radiator compressor (the material of these radiators is made of aluminum and is divided into two smaller and larger parts, the smaller part has the task of cooling the compressed air and the larger part has the task of cooling the oil)
- Cooling fan (the oil and air entering the compressor have a high temperature, and a blower fan is installed in the back of the radiator to cool the oil.)
- oil filter
- Compressor oil (these oils have different indicators and data, which have different performance in each compressor, and if this oil is not according to the index of that device, it will cause serious damage to the device)
- Electrical system (compressors, like all electrical appliances, need primary electricity, which is injected into the required electrical system by three contactors in compressors, and their command circuit is controlled by plc or control board)
