The main function of these autodrains is to pass liquids and air, and the opening and closing of which is done by electricity that enters the solenoid valve into the coil. In fact, solenoid valves act like contactors and require electricity to start working, and the process of disconnecting and connecting is done with the flow of electricity to the coil.

Its main components are the coil, the spindle, and the frame, which are made of sheet steel. When electricity is connected to the coil, the frame acts like a magnet, which causes the spindle to move and acts like an actuator inside the solenoid valve.

Types of solenoid valves:

1. Normally closed solenoid valve NC (Normally close)

2. Normally open solenoid valve NO (Normally open)
